The staff are wonderful, Dani and Emily in particular are fantastic. I've had a few lessons and the instructors are top notch. The cafe is also a gem and the log burner keeps you warm as you enjoy the friendly atmosphere and home cooking.
Booked with using a voucher we had been given for christmas. None of us had ever used a gun before apart from on video games. Our instructor, Gregor, was an absolute gentlemen and offered loads of helpful and constructive advise to all of us. We all managed to hit a target, just some of us hit more than others. All keen to come back again!
Booked for a wedding party of 10x on the way to Edinburgh, with mixed shooting experience. Brilliant setup in a really lovely location. Great instruction from David and his colleague, made it really accessible for everyone in the group and a nice bit of food to finish things off!

First visit and it was amazing!! Plenty of stands and space for people there. Great facilities and the coffee and tray bakes made the trip even more worth while.
Had a fantastic day air riffle shooting, it was our first time and will definitely be going back to try the clay pigeon shooting x the instructor was great fun and we had a real laugh with him x we had a meal in the cafe afterwards and it was absolutely lovely and plenty of it. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend going for something different to try.
Holidaying along the road at Lilliardsedge, ten minutes away by car, what a great day, started with a lovely breakfast in the café then into the range for our air rifle session with excellent targets culminating in a competition on the scorecards. Our excellent instructor Hue, very calm and a bundle of knowledge in everything there is to know about shooting, took us down to the clay grounds. The best one I’ve been to by far. Highly recommended!!!
We had a small group outing at Braidwood as part of a series of wedding activities. The instructors were very knowledgeable, explained the safety procedures clearly but most importantly made sure everyone in our group had fun. They took us to several stations and chose a nice variety of simulations for us to practice in. Overall it was a very memorable day and we really appreciate the instructors!
Amazing ground, staff are so helpful and friendly, café is great, scenery is fantastic and the ground is so well kept it is like being in a park. 5*****
