Ever since we have been living in our house at Beech Hill View the site manager Kevin has helped us with a few issues over the years. He is always friendly and really helpful. Thanks from the Millers
Really disappointing service and poor quality construction and finishes. The homes were marketed to be top quality, but the quality control for handover was very poor. Numerous issues wrong with house, that should have been corrected prior to handover. Despite numerous reports to Braidwater, very few items have been addressed and the communication from Braidwater has been delayed or non existent.
Three years after buying a new build we have issues with our windows . Company won’t fix due to their two year policy and the window company won’t cover the faults under their 15 year warranty. Any issues with new builds make sure they are logged before the end of two years
Very poor service. They didn’t explained anything while handling the house. Painting and kitchen appliances is not working Hoover appliances. First day problem with washing machine and second day for dishwasher issue. I called customer care and told me that call appliances services directly.nnVery poor service and not helpfulnnDon’t buy houses from these guysnnSingle coated painting and not yet cleaned
Braidwater are without a doubt a first class company who build quality homes. I find their attention to detail and thoughtfulness is unrivalled. If you are thinking of buying a home visit one of their beautiful show homes.
