Excellent. With the experiences I've had they can't be faulted and I honestly can't see where some of the bad reviews have come from. Over recent days both doctors have had to come to me as a house call numerous times and their attention to detail and prompt attendance was amazing. They even we went as far as to phone me at nights to check how I was before it got late. We also have a newborn and they've been great when we've had to phone them at all hours if the day. I also attended the drop in surgeries and think they work so well instead of just an appointment service. For once if you have an unscheduled illness you can immediately see a doctor when you need. Absolutely great on all counts and a level of service that you don't often get

Am surprised to see the visitors to our village find so much issue with our doctor. The Braemar doctor (and clinic) may not fit the mold of the city based practices you are accustomed, but I can assure you a more willing helpful doctor you will not find, at any time of the day or night. Dr. Cruickshank is valued within our community as an experienced and dedicated health professional.

Extremely poor show, no appointment system available AT ALL! Dr Cruickshank is an arrogant, patronising pompous pratt, very rude and very very loud, full of his own self importance. I would rather travel into the next town to see a doctor, than ever have to come across this vile man ever again.

Had to visit health centre to get wound dtressed whilst on holiday in braemar. This was done by nurses who were absolute angels! As far asthe doctor there is concerned I have to agree with Jessica, he is rude,obnoxious and very unprofessional!

I visited this doctor when I had a distressing medical issue in Braemar during a trip. I was treated very poorly by him. He was demeaning and rude and very, very unprofessional. I highly recommend people find another doctor to see if at all possible. I felt very uncomfortable and not like I was getting valuable medical advice. I am trying to file a complaint against him but I don't know how the health systems work here.
