Definitely won’t use this post office again. Man behind the counter had a bad attitude as soon as I walked in. I needed to pay in money into my account. First thing he said to me was ‘only 5 coin bags of coins in proper bags’. He had a serious attitude. Luckily I had 5 bags of coins and they were all counted out. I think you should advise him how to greet people at your post office and not assume things. There of ways of explaining things to new customers. First time I’ve used this post office in about 4 years. I won’t use it again for sure. I’ll go back to Kendrick Place only from now on as they are lovely in there!
Always friendly and efficient. Don't usually have to queue for long here.
Polite staff I've Been using this place for years . It's located in another shop with easy access .
