I used Bradgate Motors via an online breaker car parts finder for a parcel shelf for an old Fiat Punto. The company and people I spoke to were very friendly and professional. Staff were very helpful over the phone. I ordered a part at 5pm on a Thursday and the part arrived first thing Saturday morning. The part was very securely packaged and sent with a reliable courier my parcel arrived from DPD. I would definitely buy from here again when I next need a spare part for my car.
Requested a part for my Vauxhall car and they sent me a part for a completely different car. Declined to accept responsibility for this and refused a refund. Although their paperwork had my exact order. No responses to my email either. Useless shower of rogues. Stay clear.

This company are quick, efficient and very fast communicators. Next day delivery on an a tricky rear passenger window glass which I thought was going to be almost impossible to find! To all those haters on the reviews you need to get a grip. When using a vehicle dismantles you need to know a bit about what you are doing. This is not a new car parts service. You should be grateful they are even available to try and keep your old knackers on the road. Most won't hold your hand and they certainly do not have the time or the profit to buff and polish the parts. I am just grateful they're here and trading online. Cheers to all at Bradgate P.S. Right from the start Bradgate were very professional. They answered my questions straight away and when I phoned them the process to purchase my part was made very quick and easy. I got a text confirming that the part would be delivered direct to the garage on a specified day. I then got another text to say what time it was being delivered and it was! I have nothing but high praise for Bradgate Motors and their staff and would definitely recommend them and use them again without doubt. 5 Stars all the way! Thank you Bradgate Motors.
