Ordered a 8 yard skip on the Wednesday to be delivered on the Saturday came in the morning driver was very polite and managed to get the skip where needed . Rang them back the same day to be collected on the Monday which they did . Would definitely recommend them and will use them again. After taking cash on delivery they don't treat you properly, everything goes downhill from there...very rude when it comes to arranging collection, tried to arrange collection multiple times but kept on breaking promises, resulted in a full skip outside my house which should have been collected on time but because it was delayed people ended up fly tipping in to it, then when the driver turns up it's is overfilled and he's demanding more money! This company wasted my time with their broken promises of collection and charged me extra for an overfilled skip which was not my fault...the only thing they're interested is taking your money!
Skip ordered, delivered and payment taken on time. Skip driver reversed and hit fence, stopped, instead of going forward and trying again, just continued and ripped full new fitted fence out of ground and damage cosmetically. Rang and office said to forward pics/video as i did and waited to hear. Rang again to chase up but company have said nothing such occurred and outright denied even though i was there when it happened. Driver was apologetic and upset. I said ill speak to office. Rang office and asked them to fix the fence or whatever they can do to help but outright rejected to help, offer a solution or even listen. They said cannot fix as driver was new and these things happen and no log of original complaint log as that was a new guy and hes left. Set of jokers. Wouldn’t let them run a bath never mind a poxy business. Never ever use these.
Unprofessional company, after taking cash on delivery the skip hire company took the skip without prior warning only 2 days later after delivery, even though the skip was well below the level load limit only 1/3 filled. When ordering I was specifically told I could have the skip for 14 days or I could call them to have it collected earlier if I wanted. Thinking this collection was a mistake, I called them to try and resolve the matter. Customer service were talking to me with a very rude tone, then eventually they tried to make me order another skip with a slight discount. I explained I only needed 1 skip and did not require 2, why should I be expected to pay almost £450 for 2 skips at my own expense when it was their fault to begin with? They continued to be very rude and did not admit fault at all, furthermore they tried to accuse me of having a full skip and calling for it to be collected! After showing them proof of the almost empty skip they pointed to their terms and conditions and said "we are allowed to take the skip whenever we want" and basically fobbed me off. This company literally stole my £240 as they did not provide a service they advertised, in addition to this, I had booked laborers to fill the skip, so lost out on that, and then having the bad experience of dealing with the thuggish behaviour of the customer service. After this experience, I would definitely not recommend this company and I am also very doubtful of the positive reviews on here. If you do decide to order from them, do so at your own risk and be prepared to lose out.
Booking the skip was lovely and easy. Taking the money, for the company was easy. You try and get them to pick up the full skip, that's a whole new ball game. We have called several times. Never been to collect it. I have emailed and missed a doctor's appointment as the skip is blocking my car. So no, I dont rate them. It's a shame as it went so well to start with. They refused to take my husbands call yesterday.
EFR Skip Hire Bradford. The gentleman who takes the calls at Bradford is the most helpful, polite person you could ask to deal with. I booked a skip but as plumbers cancelled I have had to put my hire on hold. This was no issue and I am will have no hesitation to use this company as soon as I can find a reliable plumber. If their skips are a tenth as good as this customer service they are outstanding. Looking forward to using EFR Bradford very soon.
A breath of fresh air... Used this skip business recently as my regular provider was busy.I wasn't dissapointed as the service turned out to be the best I've used. Polite and friendly with non rusty skips and to top it up delivered on a sparkling vehicle. I will be using EFR from now on.
Used EFR Skip hire Bradford Depot and recently had 2 skips. They gave an excellent competitive service with efficient admin staff and friendly drivers. I highly recommend them.
I was moving home so was in need of a clear out so I ordered a skip from EFR. To be fair they were nice on the phone prior to delivery and they delivered the skip swiftly. Everything was good until I drove past the house a couple of days after collection of the skip to find that the driver had chucked the mattress from the skip and left it in the garden. I'm a lorry driver my self and I pride myself in making the customer happy. On this occasion the driver who collected this skip failed to do just that. When you pay for a service you expect it to be completed professionally, not do half a job. For that reason alone I would not recommend this company to anyone nor will I use them I'm the future. It's a shame really as it was all going so well at the start.
Very professional company, can’t say anything negative about them at all. They arrived on time, staff was super friendly and helpful and trucks are well equipped. Having a tight spot in garden was no issue for them. Placed skip in correct place which has made our DIY jobs easier.
