A very useful bus station for if you're changing between buses and trains since they are all in the same building. It's quite easy to find which buses leave from which stands. When I came here, there were a few kids messing about, but that didn't bother me so much
I’m extremely disappointed with how services are currently being run at the interchange. What passengers are experiencing on a daily basis is simply not acceptable.nFirstly, the live timing information is unreliable. You can arrive at a stand when the board shows a bus as “due,” only to find out it has already left early. Passengers are being misled, and drivers are not waiting even when the timing suggests they should. A “due” bus should not disappear before passengers can reasonably reach the stand.nSecondly, there are serious issues with scheduling and coordination. It is far too common to see two or even three buses running at the same time in the same direction, followed by long gaps of 30–40 minutes with no service at all. This defeats the entire purpose of having a timetable and leaves large numbers of people stranded.nCapacity is also a major concern. Queues regularly build up to dozens of people waiting for a single bus. This is not an isolated incident it’s a consistent problem caused by reduced services and poor planning.nDriver conduct is another issue that cannot be ignored. While some drivers are professional and respectful, others behave in ways that are completely unacceptable. I have personally witnessed a driver refuse boarding to a passenger over change and escalate the situation into an argument, including inappropriate language. This reflects very poorly on the service as a whole.nThere also appears to be a lack of basic operational coordination. Buses arrive, drivers leave, and no replacement driver is available resulting in further delays or cancellations. At the same time, buses that are running late do not wait appropriately at stops, yet in other cases leave early. There is no consistency.nRoutes are clearly unbalanced. Some directions receive multiple buses close together, while others are left with long gaps and no service at all. This creates unnecessary overcrowding and inconvenience for passengers who rely on these routes to get to work and home.nPassengers are paying increasing fares, yet the level of service is declining. Reliability, fairness, and basic respect for passengers are lacking.nThis situation needs urgent review. Timetables must be followed properly, services need to be distributed more evenly, driver conduct must be addressed, and live information must be accurate. At the moment, the system is failing the people who depend on it every day.

Well organized. Easy to find the stand for the desired bus.
What did the actually do with the interchange when they closed it down, ot looks exactly the same, nothing has been done apart from they took the road away out side and replaced it with planters and a big bradford 2025 sign.
