My car was booked in for a full service, MOT, disc and brake pad replacement, and sensor replacement. When I arrived the MOT had not been booked in which meant I had to take a second day off work as there was no slot that day. I picked the car up after the work was complete and it was in a worse condition than when I left it. The engine management light was on, and the car was misfiring despite passing the MOT with no advisories. I rang the garage to ask them what is wrong with the car. They told me that the engine light being on when I picked it up was a ‘coincidence’, and nothing to do with them. They agreed to take the car in and look at it. When I took the car in, they were not expecting it for some reason but again agreed to look at the car. They told me that they had tested the car and everything was working fine. When I picked the car up it was in the exact same condition, misfiring and the engine light illuminated. The person at the desk again said it was fine but asked their mechanic to test drive it who confirmed there was a fault. The garage then agreed to take it back in the next week to look at it. When I collected it after the third time the person at the desk handed me a list of faults that they ‘forgot’ to give me on my MOT. They said that the fault with the engine was nothing to do with them despite the car being fine when it went in and them passing the car with no advisories. I have today had my car diagnosed by a Vauxhall specialist who straight away asked me if my car has recently been serviced as the air filter has been fitted incorrectly which is causing the car to misfire. Bradford garage have cost me in total 5 days off work, upwards of £750, and a great deal of stress because of their dishonesty and incompetency. Avoid this garage at all costs. These people are cowboys.

Would never take my cars anywhere else. Always get honest and helpful advice. Recently just had to have a few bits done and they were brilliant at helping me source the product I needed, they really do care about their clients. Been taking my cars here after a recommendation from a friend and would definitely pass that recommendation on !
Used garage for years and usually great when dealing with the boss Dave-but recently took my golf there just for an oil change and discs and coil overs swapped?standing me at a lot of money even though I paid for my oil change.
Been using these guys since I got my first car 9 years ago, as recommended by my Dad. Been going ever since and will continue to do so. I will only go here for services, MOT's and car repairs/checks. On my last visit they checked my car over and deemed it safe as I had a slight concern. They put me at ease. They didn't charge as they didn't need to carry out a repair even though they spent time inspecting and put it on the racks. Very much appreciated. Really trustworthy and definitely wouldn't charge you for something unnecessary. The pug on reception is adorable.
Just used these guys for 1st time after finding them on Google. Super service, great price/value, v friendly even the garage dog too :- . Far far better experience than the big name dealerships. Will definitely use again, and thoroughly recommend.
