What an fab service… Andy, Sean and Luke were an absolute credit to Bradbeers… 10/10… have and would recommend to anyone looking for a removal firm. Honestly could recommend highly enough.
After providing a competitive quote, Bradbeers helped us move from the south of England to Scotland. We packed ourselves and the team loaded and unloaded the van very quickly and efficiently. All of the team from Bradbeers were really friendly and helpful and they were great with our 4 year old, who really wanted to feel involved in the move. Special thanks to Gary for driving all the way to Scotland. After being initially unsure about using the company due to a bad review, we had a really positive experience. I’m really glad we chose to go with them and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Bradbeers.
Very professional service from quote to the actual move. Pat in the office was so helpful and reassuring as my completion dates kept changing. On the day Andrew and Jamie were excellent and worked so hard and the move was done quickly and efficiently. Nothing was too much trouble for them . They were very polite and their sense humour was what a very stressed client needed . Thank you Bradbeers .
Bradbeers are excellent. I've used them twice now, 4 years ago and most recently a couple of weeks ago. Both times they've been a very fair price and provided a reliable service. They were on time, the removal guys were friendly and polite, they moved things carefully but also very efficiently. I really can't fault them at all

AVOID AVOID AVOID!! Their employees got so aggressive towards myself and my partner I had to call the police to calm them down. Absolutely disgusting behaviour! The manager finally came out to what we thought was apologise yet simply kept repeating ‘there’s two sides to a story’ and he knew his employee would never do that - what happened to the customer is always right, say sorry and move on. It transpired this person had only worked for them for 6 months. My boyfriend had to take the keys from the aggressive removals man Gary? otherwise he’d have driven off with half of our house unsecured in the back. We used them two years prior for removals and couldn’t recommend them enough. This time it was absolutely horrendous. Staff were horrific. From the moment they turned up late in the morning they were grumpy due to being understaffed and chucking our stuff around. The manager was a disgrace - strutted into our house with shoes on during a pandemic refusing to wear a mask. Held our belongings hostage until we made a bank transfer to them. We have chipped vases and plates due to their poor packing. I dare not approach them about this as I cannot handle anymore abuse from them. I have video footage of their employee calling my boyfriend a ‘f****** little c***’ spitting in his face during a pandemic - yet all we had was denial denial denial. Still yet to receive an apology for what happened. Since this happened we’ve spoken to other locals with similar experiences of their staff being rude. Wish we’d know this before our move. AVOID like the plague it’s really not worth the stress!!
Never, ever use this company for removals. Firstly, scoping was incorrect. They didn't pick up that 2 wardrobes wouldnt fit down the stairs. Day of the move, I was forced to dismantle 2 full size wardrobes, as they wouldn't touch them. Had to do it quickly as had to be out of the property, and they got damaged. Secondly, they quoted for dismantle and reassemble of a cabin bed. They reassembled it totally wrong, damaged parts, and worst of all, didn't say anything and left me to discover it. Steer well clear!!
Today my elderly father used the services of this company to pack him into storage. They were very patient, kind and professional. I have used them 3 or 4 times in the past and would not hesitate to recommend them.
I found Bradbeers Removals to be very reliable, extremely careful handling all items of furniture and above all incredibly good value for money. I would definitely use them again.
