Great service from the team at BPR. They were quick to come out to help try to fix a leak in our flat extension roof when the weather was bad, and we consequently had our roof replaced with them! Nothing was too much trouble, Richard was always on hand to help and give advice considering our insurance company refused to pay for the work! Cracking team. They were timely, efficient, tidy and overall did an excellent job. Would highly recommend!
BPR have been fantastic, Oliver and Danny have worked hard to ensure our roof is now watertight going above and beyond and keeping me informed at each point of the journey. Quality work open and honest quoting and advice re additional work and priorities. Photos of all work required and all work completed have been provided so you can see what needed to be done and what the final results are. Thank you to Oliver who has illustrated excellent customer care and Danny and team up on the scaffold working in cold winds til late to ensure the work was completed.
Had rain pouring in through ceiling in bathroom rang Richard at BPR who came straight out to assess situation. We discussed different methods of re-roofing the flat roof and eventually went for the Firestone Rubber flat roof with warm roof insulation, the scaffolding went up the morning after and the guys arrived a day later. Everything completed swiftly and professionally, only the high winds prevented them from taking the scaffolding down on completion but as soon as was safely possible it was removed with a final clean up. Brilliant job well done.
Came recommended from a friend, hardworking team that carried out the work to a good standard. Everyone at the company were polite and helpful from start to finish, the new flat roof and uPVC cladding really fits in with the rest of the house. First class job , would highly recommend .Service: Roof installation
