Excellent service. The team in Warehouse manager Ryan are top draw. Ive used them a few times. My most recent purchase was a large BBQ trailer. Ryan was very understanding with my small issue with arranging collection. Really approachable. Would recommend but advise you to read and understand the T&Cs.

They shut off a public footpath and force you to cross the road so they can unload vehicles on the road outside their yard.nI'd like to see the risk assessment and safe system of work they've done for this practice.
50%of the tools I've brought from here are broken with no information given in the listing. To top it off postage is 2 or 3 times what it should be and they don't even stick it on a box.
My wife purchased some loose gemstones for me and this was completed on July 28th, postage and price all paid for on that date. BPI claim that their contract is now completed as 14 days has passed and they will not refund for the items purchased because their terms and conditions state they're in the clear now. The items have not been received. The vendor has another vendor and so this is a third party, fourth, fifth etc type situation. It doesn't matter that BPI has been paid for items and took commission, it's not their problem according to them that the items have not been sent or realized. The vendor themselves has had varying stories of posting them on Monday last week, to now being on holiday, Bank holidays etc. And I am not holding my breath as receiving these items. But I'm also not able to get a refund from BPI. Very disappointing, and dishonest way of doing business. I'm now out of pocket and left with no items while BPI are keeping their money. Stay away from here as I don't think I'm the only one this will happen to. Feels fraudulent at the very least
