Pathetic experience.I went to buy frozen chips from Londis BP which came up as a pound but the guys behind the tills changed the price to £2.50.I said £2.50 is for a bigger pack which is 907 gms and this is a 750 gm pack.Ranjan a worker was very rude in front of the customers and argued that they will do it the way the want it and even threathend that i can call who ever i want to.I said you cannot manually change a lower price to a higher price but they do not want to know.I said i will be calling your head office to make a complaim and Ranjan said nobody can do anything against him because he is british.It made me laugh that this is how he thinks. I always shop from there because its just next to my house but this embarassing experience in front of these customers was really upsetting. These people are charging customers wrong price because they believe customers do not check their receipts.I told Ranjan that this is wrong to display a wrong price for item and he told me he is in retail for 15 years and he knows whats wrong and whats not. I feel very upset and hopefully will never want to go back there but a good piece of advise for everybody "please check your receipts before you leave this BP Londis" I will call their head office tomorrow and make a written complain against Ranjan and the other guy.

Expensive, but lots of things can be found. Ok for just quick basic shopping.

Very poor customer services by staff who will keep you waiting at pumps forever and very dirty toilet's.
