Staff needs to be educated in the process of fuelling up a motorcycle, I was told after removing my helmet to get off my bike before he would turn on the pump. I told him that I could not fill my bike up without being on it, and he impolitely told me again to get off the bike....Why would I stop and fuel up with a 1/3 of a tank of petrol which is all I would be able to get in if on a side stand on a 1400cc motorbike...I have NEVER in my 50 year of riding a bike, have ever been told to get of my bike to fuel up..I WILL NEVER AGAIN BE USEING A BP STATION...
No toilet even for the disabled, no discount on coffee for BP Pulse, no space to wait for the car to be charged while drinking more expensive coffee, the rule of filling up your 20 liters of fuel and leaving applies! Unfortunately, there are only 4 BP fast chargers within 50 miles, so you have no choice!
Just want to thank the staff today at Minster Connect Petrol Station as they noticed we had a fuel leak. They were extremely caring and professional towards us as we weren’t allowed to move the car. They offered us refreshments and somewhere to sit while we waited for the breakdown service. Excellent customer service, thank you.
Noisey for nearby residents, again woken up by tannoy use at 6:30am, should learn Noise Abatement laws! Delivery trucks arrive early with fridges running & delivery cages crashing across the forecourt, as well as the extra traffic noise generated.
No screen no gloves and they handle shopping items. Others garages I visit ask you to scan your own items and have a screennReally BP take things more seriously please
