I filled up my car with petrol and got the pay and my card wouldn't work. I couldn't get cash from the machine. I was horrified and very upset. I apologised profusely, paid them all the cash I had (£25 our of a £42 bill) and asked if I could leave something behind for me to pay tomorrow. They asked for my phone and, as I couldn't leave it as I'm disabled and need my phone, I offered to leave my driving license or my watch (value around £1,000). They refused to take any of these items, threatened to call the police. and then made a call which they said was to the police. It was 0630 and I had to get to work (a new job) so I said they could do what they wanted and that I would pay the following morning. I did so and all I got was a surly response. I know there are many dishonest drivers but I am a lady of 65 and I did all I could to make payment. The staff were utterly disgusting. I only regret I can't give them zero stars. I'd rather walk than use their service station ever again. Rude, ignorant and offensive people.

Very poor customer service always have an attitude. Just can't understand why whould u employ staff in a 24 hour petrol station who can't speak a word of English, and especially they don't know what they sell I had to find 2 of the items my self, only tesco was open I whould have gone there at least they understand you
