To long to wait for a coffee. Staff lazy
Thank you so much Gemma, and team at M&S simply food garage who came to our rescue on our hour if need. Giving us a hot drink as we waited such along time for our car to be recovered home! Great cheerful staff. It's nice jo know there are good people out there.
Let you drive off without paying. Second time it’s happened to me. You really need to do more to sort this issue out. I will avoid your services from now on.
Do not use this shop! Scammers. Overcharged on fuel only noticed when I got home as my partner went in to pay. They acknowledged error but only resolution is to complete a 30 mile round trip to get my monies back which will cost me it in fuel! Shocking customer service support received on the phone as someone who works in retail management I would not accept any customer of mine to be treat in this manner for an error we made! I was told management would call me within 48 hours to resolve and have not heard from them yet!
Don't use this place. Bought a sandwich from here today 7th November because I had a long journey. Whilst driving I opened up the sandwich and ate it. About 1 hour later had to pull over and go to the toilet. When I got back to the car had a look at the date of the sandwich it was out of date. Phoned M&S not very helpful. So now I'm the one who now can't keep anything inside of me without rushing to the toilet.
