The manager is a liar.nAccused me 3 times of not paying for petrol at other branches but refused to tell me which ones. Then asked for “cash” to pay of the balance owed from a store that she couldn’t tell me where it was.nDon’t trust that shop at all
I get my petrol from here and the workers are lovely apart from one who screamed at me over the intercom as I had my door open which poses no hazard what so ever. Proceeded to give me dirty looks and stare at me the entire time even after I had done as she asked. Never been shouted at like that by a worker in my life.
Nice clean place.nToilet is available including for disabled people. Able to park 18 TnFriendly staff
Don’t try and use their Inpost boxes when they have a delivery. They shut them off. Such a jobsworth then comes and tells you it’s health and safety when they could put the barrier so the boxes are still accessible. Surprised people are even allowed to walk across the forecourt with moving vehicles. What did their risk assessment say about that???
Do not use ATM. Wanted to withdraw cash. The ATM charged my card, but no cash came out. Staff are absolutely useless. A lady called Chandra said she cannot even put a note that ATM is not working. Other customers are having the same issue. Manager Sam is too busy “in a meeting”. Will never visit again.
