This is a decent petrol station with a nice M&S food market inside the ship.nDespite how busy the petrol station was, there were plenty of pumps, so I didn't need to wait for fuel . The shop was well staffed, so despite the long cue, it went down very quickly.
5 star review solely for the dark haired lady that was working at 15:30 on Monday 19th may. She went above and beyond to help me even though she didn’t have to. An absolute gem of a staff member.
Stuck up staff and ignorant stood being served and the cashier stood talking to a different person and asked me to speak up , well if you wasn't tooo deep in conversation with someone else you may have heard me , thus was the 3 different person that was very ignorant .very over priced think everything in the shop is double the price as anywhere else
I had a baby class just around the corner and needed to charge the car - it was so convenient! I popped in for a meal deal; the place was clean and the staff were friendly.
Warning.nnThe car wash damaged my driver's wing mirror glass on Saturday, 5th October 2024.nnThere are deep circular scratches on the glass caused by the car wash brushes.nnI reported this to the garage who referred me to the BP Careline team, who have refused to accept responsibility for the damage. Whose responsibility is it I wonder?nnVery poor service BP. I have used your garage for 24 years but not any more.nnI shall never use your car wash, buy fuel or shop in the M and S franchise ever again.nnWhat dreadful customer service. If I could give you 0/5, I would.
