I would like to express my concern regarding the staff service quality. I have visited this petrol station two or three times, and unfortunately, the staff do not seem to have proper knowledge of the procedures. On several occasions, the scanning process was not carried out correctly, yet I was told it had been completed successfully. Because of this issue, I end up losing around £3–£4 each time.nnIn addition, during one of my visits, I asked to redeem my points, but the staff member was not aware of how to process point usage. I would strongly recommend providing proper training to staff before assigning them to customer service or counter duties, as this would help improve the overall customer experience.nnI would also like to highlight an issue with the barcode scanners being used. The scanners do not seem to function properly and often fail to scan barcodes correctly, which creates unnecessary inconvenience and delays during transactions. I would suggest reviewing or upgrading the equipment to ensure a smoother and more reliable service experience for customers.
I’m a returning customer at this petrol station, but I unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience that on two separate visits, there was a staff member who has glasses on shift whose hygiene was extremely poor. The bo was so strong that it was honestly very difficult to stay inside the shop area as it is unbearable. I’m not writing this to be disrespectful, but when someone works in a customer-facing role, basic hygiene is important for the comfort of customers. I was honestly relieved my pregnant wife wasn’t with me, as the smell was strong enough that it likely would have made her feel sick. I usually come here because it’s convenient and I’ve otherwise had good experiences with other staff but if this continues when that employee is on shift, I would honestly consider going to a different petrol station instead.

Great petrol station, friendly staff and a reliable service everytime. Get everything I need here. The assistant manager is very polite even when she has to tell people to stop doing naughty things by the pumps.
As a customer using this garage for years on monday i drove my car into this garage and my 19 year old daughter got out to put the fuel in for me but the cashier would not engage the pump for us so i went into the shop and asked her why she was stopping us from putting fuel in? She said it was challenge 25 so my 19 year old daughter had to take some I D before we could put fuel in but i called in later and asked the manager if my other 17 year old daughter drove her car into the garage by herself would she get challenge 25 thrown at her? Apparently she would even though at sixteen you can purchase petrol so how much loss of business will this cost the garage on top of the £2,000 pounds of my custom each year! Also the manager said my daughters attitude stunk even though she only politely asked the question! So i will be writing to this garage to ask for the cctv to refute this slander!
