Parked up to use the electric charge point and was blocked in by a DHL delivery van and was told that I would have to wait 25 minutes before I could leave by the driver.Obviously not happy with this as I was working at the time so I complained to a member of the staff at BP who as good as laughed in my face. Will never use BP again unless no other option all because of terrible customer service at this BP Garage. I think BP Should check as to who they have representing there Brand.
Tried to use cash machine today. It took the money from my bank and the flap was broken so did not dispense anything. When my husband went into the shop to speak to staff they were extremely rude and unhelpful. He lost his temper and raised his voice and the staff told him to shut up
It is my go to place because of the car wash. The car wash prices start from £3. It shut down for renovation but has reopened. There is a Marks and Spencer food hall here which is nicer than the store they had earlier.
A very nice man called Mike helped me take all the caps off the tyres and use the machine correctly. He explained that my back tyre was very low and could possibly be a slow puncture. He was so nice when I really didn’t have a clue what I was doing. Thank you Mike! No one had to help me and he chose to.
Went to the car wash today, that I recommended to a great lady, to wash her car using the car wash, paid for the premium top wash if does, has a good experience setting in thought out the wash, but disappointed with the finishing product. Still had dirt around window seals and mirrors, still had the leafs over back window and front, overall finish for wax and shine was atrocious. Should have got a full refund.
