Convenient petrol station with reasonably priced fuel and fully stocked shop. Friendly staff who have helped me with my hands full of children/ shopping which I appreciate. The only downside is no pay at pump and the forecourt layout is an awkward.

Very bad and rude service!!! I was there last night after work to buy couple beers and something to eat. The door was locked and I ask to get in to choose something. Then one young blonde lady told me this is impossible and I can take something from the window. That's fine ,but I ask for the prices and she didn't know what to say. I ask how I can buy something Wich I don't know the price?,then she told me : do you know? the patrol station actually is closed! This is happened 30.10.22 around 2:50 am. Well done BP ! I will never be your costumer  again! Good luck  sorry my bad English but I think you can understand

I'm leaving this review because staff made this mistake NUMBER of times and it's ANNOYING!!!!!! Number of times staff members made mistake giving me wrong cigarettes! Instead of Camel Blue they gave me some Palmal and it happened not once before! I only noticed after coming home and didn't want to make useless round trip back to the garage. It's also very annoying when they make these mistakes as different cigarettes makes me cough and I like what I like! Please OPEN YOUR eyes, have a coffee and focus!  PS young girl with long blonde hair that works night shifts always looks so UNHAPPY, quite cocky and rude. Not sure why maybe she's special and most times she looks more like she's in a drag not at work, way too much ridiculous make up and them feather eyelashes looks like a broom.

Is the BP not 24hours anymore ?? The last couple of times I’ve needed to pop in after work around 1am/2am they are closed.

I have just filled up with petrol. The staff were well organised, coordinated, helpful and cheerful. They kept the flow of queues and traffic going really well. Well done to you all during an extremely anxious and crazy time.

I cannot fault the store or the staff; there is plenty of good quality food to choose from and it's very clean and today.  However, the fuel is the most expensive around this area and I'd rather drive to Sainsbury, or if I'm driving past Morrison's then I plan a stop.  It's a shame, if they just matched their price to the local availability their business would increase twofold, I'm sure, as it's in a great location.

Never again!! "Managed" to pour 57l of diesel into 50l tank.. "It's a trick" as they said! Not only expensive but they're also STEALING £10 on every 50l of fuel! Wondering if BP or M&S management is aware of this?! Thieves!!

Don't buy tobacco products here. They charge £6 for Heets RRP £5 and their price for any brand of cigarettes is 15-20% higer than Tesco Extra 200yds down the road.

Originally came in for fuel but needed to grab a coffee too. Service from member of staff who took my money for fuel and coffee was fine but my experience changed dramatically when I was then moved down to wait for my coffee.  One person was already waiting for a drink and I was next. When it got to my time the person making the drinks said 'two large whatevers' now I love banter and a joke but this member of staff was not joking and had pure attitude. I repeated my order of two white coffees, the coffees got made and I was asked if I wanted milk.  Then when I received my coffee it was was the worst coffee I've ever tasted. Zero strength zero taste, well it tasted like hot water. The milk was chucked ontop with no mixing. I even added sugar and gave it a good stir but it was truly awful. I won't be getting another wild bean coffee if this is the taste.  Some words need to be exchanged here.

One would have hoped for a better class of service with the upgrade to Marks & Spencer’s. Alas, not; one rude, abusive & disruptive member of staff Jenny kept on from old to destroy the experience for not only customers but staff whom she clearly upsets. Myself & a few others  have had similar unpleasant experiences & shall therefore continue driving to the nearby Sainsbury’s. Get a grip M&S,  plenty of people out there who have a clue about customer service & who would gladly fill the position.
