The only reason I have given it 3 stars is because of the unbelievable below freezing temperature conditions these “Managers” are forcing their staff to work under! It is DISGUSTING and I want to write a formal complaint. I went into the BP station last night and I thought “wow it looks wonderful” (as it has been fully renovated” but then to my surprise it was FREEZING in there like below freezing. How can you be so inconsiderate and inhuman to make your staff work under these conditions??? If it wasn’t for your staff if they didn’t have bills to pay and did not need this job then it would be YOU who would be working in there and doing the dogs work! So appreciate your staff for their hard work and look after them because without them you would be nowhere!! I am disgusted and appalled. I know how it feels to have to work in these sort of conditions as I have worked in these conditions when I worked for retail companies. Do you know how it feels to be SO cold you can barely move? And then you’re so ill but cannot call in sick because of the stupid company policies and how much grief you are given for being off sick? I thought maybe the heating was broken only to be informed that infact the heating is NOT broken but BP refuses to turn it on. And may I add, the staff in there are wonderful! Sort it out BP! I will be speaking to the head office regarding this because it is illegal and so wrong!!

The car wash here rarely works, when it breaks or is out of order the staff just shrug their shoulders and couldn't care less. They show no interest in looking after visiting customers so I now actively avoid this fuel station.

Staff with poor English, but making fun of foreigners with not a fluent english. Very unprofessional, rude and racist staff. Will never come here again and not going to recommend to any of my friends or family to come here too. Terrible staff!
