Staff were miserable when taking my Yodel Package. They made me feel like I was an inconvenience to them. Won't be going back.
Can I ask why Yodel is advertised as 24hours on the Yodel website and you’re open via the hatch late, but you don’t accept parcels drop offs or pick ups at 10.10 pm? You need to change your web hours to the correct time, if this in fact is correct.nnGenerally, staff do not seem very happy about taking parcels or collections, it appears to be a major inconvenience - which is contrary to the fact they are in fact a parcel point. It’s a shame as it makes me dread going in and I know I’m not the only one.
Been getting my petrol for my motorbike there for around 15 year's, around 2 years ago I started filling my tank and the pump switched off, when I went in he's said he turned it because he couldn't see my face the same guy who's been serving me for years don't know why he did this he would of even recognised the bike as like I said he's been serving me for 15 years and I think he's the manager why would he do that,now I never use that filling station at all and always advise friend's not to, I think he's got serious problems,only got one star because i can't put 0
It's a decent petrol station with an Asda extra on site. Nice shop for basic groceries
Fuel is more expensive than the place up the road. Need to be more competitive. Sells the general poor quality Spar products. Only went to collect a parcel. Would have got the fuel up the road if I'd known at the time how much cheaper it is!
