We were having some car trouble in the bad weather today and found ourselves at the the Morrisons, BP service station - RONTEC Alnwick at NE662GD.nnThe person on customer service there at the time approximately 4pm was called Ross.nnHe was super helpful and checked on us after we bought some items to try and do a temporary fix.nnWhat a lovely man.nWe wanted to give him a shout out as he was truly lovely and very helpful.nnThank you Ross!
Rude member of staff, enquired about the 3 for 10 pound on disposable vapes and they said they don't think they are, I said well the signs said so they checked for me but the rude member of staff made a dig saying I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME. In no way was I being rude I was just enquiring about the price. Someone needs to go on a course on how to talk with customers without being rude and a face like a slapped arse
Always Expensive. Diesel £1.52.9 todaynNo supper mkt petrol in this town Alnwick. Better to drive onto Morpeth if traveling South more choice. Normally only one person serving.
Fair price, not ‘services’ level. Staff pleasant too.
If I could rate 0 stars I would, miserable rather abrupt and rude staff never going back there
