I’d gone to the air and water pump to fill my screen wash… which I’ve done hundreds of times in my life. The machine only takes cash and will not give any change. £2.50 for screen wash and I’ve got 2 x £2 coins. I put them both in the machine, follow the instructions and nothing happens. The machine doesn’t give me back £4 of course. So when I’ve gone in to speak to a member of staff I’ve been met with a middle aged man who laughed at me saying ‘why would you put £4 in it’s £2.50!? Just tap your card bear in mind there’s a huge red sticker saying CASH ONLY, why didn’t you put £3 in?’….. talking to me like I’m stupid because I’m a younger woman. So unnecessarily offensive and frustrating. I did get the £4 back so that’s nice. And the shop is good.
Well stocked shop, friendly staff. Unfortunately, the toilets are a little dirty, but to be fair, that's a problem pretty much all over the uk. Wild bean does lovely coffee. Recommended

Young girl name tagged Emily wow how disgusting her attitude and behaviour is shocking how these young people treat others these days. Horrible person shame as I liked this garage but now will not be returning and telling family and friends to stay clear of this place
