The worst experience in order to collect a parcel. My partner came in on Friday to collect the parcel they wouldn’t give it over as there wasn’t a collection code the server could scan. All other information was correct, tracking code, dispatch code, he had his id, could tell them exactly what it was , where it was from and showed I’d with his name and address on it. As yodel was closed we then had to phone the next day and I went up to collect the parcel with the now scannable code . To be told I was “wasting his time” that the parcel wasn’t there. I explained that it was there last night so it must be to which i was told again I was wasting his time it wasn’t there and he doesn't want to check again. I explained it was a pair of trousers which was needed for my dads funeral on Monday to which his response was “not my problem” . I don’t understand they they wish to keep this parcel or why there attitude is so atrocious but I can’t be the only person this has happened to and clearly not the only person that has been spoken to in Such a way. So if you can help it please don’t have your parcels sent here!
I left a parcel at the BP garage on November 14th, the man who took my parcel said he was unable to give me a tracking code. The BP have never sent my parcel my back to ASOS, and therefore I believe have essentially stolen my goods. My boyfriend went back to the store to enquire, and they have denied any knowledge of this parcel.nI have liaised with Collect + and they can see a sticker was generated by the BP in Carluke November 14th at 6pm, however they did not then do anything further with this parcel. Collect + are now investigating this further.nIn some respects I should of insisted on tracking, and this responsibility lays with me. However I would strongly advise against leaving any parcels with the BP and take these to an alternative collect + location.
Was charged for petrol when no petrol came out of the pump, as I drove off I noticed my meter had not changed and no petrol had actually came out. Was told I would need to contact their parent company and they would not refund anything as they couldn't check the pumps due to the amount of money spent was too little £20.
The staff are so rude, doesn’t matter if you go in store or call, i have stopped using this garage for ages due to poor customer service and the attitude of staff but I called recently for information if they stocked gas canisters and they hung up on me twice during conversation. Shocking service. Most unhelpful. Avoid. If I could give a zero rating believe me I would.
Prices for diesel and petrol ok. The goods within the store are heavily marked up. The price to use the air machine is £1, pop down to ASDA they only charge 20p!! Could do with making the prices more competitive.
