Stopped for petrol & was gob smacked to find they are charging £139.99 a litre. It was mostly £120.99 in London & no more than £125.99 at most of my stops on route. 
To add insult to injury the toilet area was filthy - tissues on the floors, puddles of water!! on the floor. Definitely one to drive past next time

Very popular on the day I went, had a problem finding parking, but otherwise it has all the stores you come to expect from motorway services

Very nice service station indeed. We base lots of our family trips out on it, using it as handy stop for a meal, freshen up and shopping experience before moving on to the MacDonalds in the nearby Designer Outlet Village Retail Experience for our evenng meal out. Can always rely on the parking bays to be well swept and it's nice to know exactly what to expect inside with its Costa, WH Smith and M & S - unlike some places where they do their own thing and I get all panicky when I don't know what to expect on the menu, or where the meal deals will be (or even if they'll have one FGS!!), or whether a full range of Danielle Steel books will be on sale for my good lady to enjoy in our Travelodge that evening.

I will be honest here. I work here but that in no way impairs my outlook on this shop. 

Pros: fast service. Good employees. Great discounts and reductions. Easy to find things in the shop. The staff are always happy to help. You can buy a hot drink from the either the Costa Express machine or get it made by a barista. If you accidentally put the wrong fuel in your car the staff will treat you with respect and dignity and help you move the car to a safe place so you can call the necessary people. 

Cons: Can be a tad pricey in the shop if there isnt a discount / reduction. 

Unavoidable: being that it is a petrol station, it can get busy and the queue can get quite long even if the cashiers are working their hardest.

One of the smarter motorway services on account of it being a relatively new build. Nice and spacious inside, with the usual choice of concessions - Costa, WH Smith, M&S as well as number of food outlets.
If we need to stop whilst travelling we try to aim for this location knowing it'll be clean and tidy inside.
