BP Bagshot. Cannot thank the staff and manager at the garage enough, broke down on M3 with a bus load of deafblind people, limped into the garage in torrential rain, they gave is all a free drink and made sure we were OK until recovered. A really big thank you from all the staff at Deafblind Enablement.their communicator guides and the service users
Shames that you have to wait ages to use a pump because people are buying coffee. Doesn't always happen but this morning was particularly bad as also only one person on the till. Otherwise always nice and clean
Really irritates me that they close the front due to ”short staff” on Saturday 26th November 2022 around 21:20 there were 3 members in store talking around the till area yet the store was closed. They need to think of a way to update opening times if they’re going to close the front regularly so people can check before they journey out there. Not a lot of other “24 hour” stores around. I will say the staff are always lovely and friendly in there though but these inconsistent opening times are confusing, misleading and an inconvenience. If there’s 2 or more people working then the whole store should be opened.
Can't comment on the service station but the BP pulse charger there is as usual woeful. Trying to get it to start via the app takes an age then crashes meaning you have to deal with the next to useless customer service. Something that other companies have made simple and easy is made incredibly hard by BP
Lovely staff, really polite and friendly. Staff have just made me the most lovely hot chocolate, just what is needed on a freezing cold day as it is today!
Good petrol station. Always smells good inside
The two staff were chatting, and although one saw me waiting at the coffee area, she didn't tell the other to come to serve me; I had to walk over to be ask to be served. Otherwise, a good convenience store range of M&S and other merchandise. Surprisingly good coffee. Poor service let them down.
A fairly busy BP filling station whenever I fill up. Inside the shop is a M & S branch which is really well stocked. A good selection of logs, charcoal and gas is also on offer. Friendly and helpful staff.
This BP fuel station appears to the main place to be in the location that it based at for local shopping. Its fairly big inside, the shop side of things is managed by Marks and Spencer Ltd. The staff there are in M&S uniform and on appearance, look professional. The one thing I found impressive when I went in there to ask for a number for a taxi service, the male personnel whom I approached, knew the number from memory. On the whole, their location makes this station a busy place since there is no other competition for miles.
This BP garage has plenty of pumps so there isn't normally any waiting around. They serve hot drinks, hot food, cold drinks and a selection of Marks and Spencers food, meals and more. Not a bad BP garage and very convenient and easy to find as it's on the main road.
