Undoubtedly in a good location with some great staff, always clean and well stocked.nnBut this new sometimes it open and sometimes it’s closed in the early mornings is just not helpful, especially when it’s advertised as being 24 hours.nnI’ve been told it’s payroll cuts but closing only doubles down on the bottom line, you aren’t making any money if you’re closed!
Jet wash after use contactless payments show that everything is fine, payments have been accepted but its not working. Shows after charging money CONTACTLESS OUT OF ORDER I tried twice, charged me twice . Its not first time that everything is fine on the beginning. No details to contact with customer service . The worst jet wash ever
Good selection of food and services, trouble is it is closed more often than open. I think, no, I know this is because of staff cuts and the inclusion of self service tills that people don't want to use. The manned till takes a while because the member of staff has to serve coffee to the self serve customers aswell as the manned till customers. Staff numbers have been cut so the forecourt has to be closed while the shelfs are being restocked. The car wash is good when it's working, which is not a regular occurrence. The EV chargers are not accessible when the delivery truck is unloading also the truck cannot unload when the chargers are being used. Cutting staff numbers my cut costs but closing the garage must cost more in loss of revenue and customer loyalty especially when there are two local service stations within a mile of this one. In addition to this review I have just been to the site today to use the car wash 15-08-26. Noticed the majority of forecourt pumps coned off, but the car wash was being used. Went in to purchase a premium car wash and asked why the pumps were closed. The really helpful guy said the pumps weren't communicating with the tills again. Returned to my car and went to the car wash only to find it was not working, the keypad had failed. Informed the guy inside and he said we can't do anything about it as we do not hold the keys to the car wash on site anymore. Seems to me this site is going from bad to worse. The three staff on site were helpful but they don't seem to by backed up by the company.
A very good fuel station on the A43 just outside the town of Brackley. It does get quite busy but it has M&S food available plus facilities to grab a coffee. Currently however, the sign displaying the price of fuel is out of order. You can find prices at the actual pump though. As I write, the fuel is expensive due to events going on in the Gulf region.
Very nice and clean and like someone said above, the Scotsman gent it's a very nice person indeed. I didn't noticed if there are any showers available in site.
