Hands down this is the best self service car was I have used! Didn't have the hose banging of the side of the van like all the other's do. As you select each setting it tells you which cleaning tool to pick up by using a different colour hose on each.n10/10
I am a Spanish tourist traveling through the UK and I had an unpleasant and discriminatory experience at this station. Last Monday afternoon, September 16, I went to this station to fill my tank, but the employee did not want to open the pump for me if I did not leave my credit card as a deposit, something that is completely unusual, even illegal. I felt very offended, and the only explanation was that my license plate was foreign Spain. If you check the cameras you will be able to verify the entire sequence. This happened on Monday afternoon, September 16. I request that this employee be warned for the poor treatment received.nI am a user and I have the BP Spain card, thank you for your time.
the newer BP on Clayton road has been great. staff are nice and friendly. selections are really good. prices fair and they have much more than expected. really glad they opened this
Don't usually leave reviews but felt compelled to. Visited today to use Evri and was dealt with an extremely unpleasant man for no apparent reason. Maybe he's dealing with personal problems but he should watch his attitude with customers. I usually use BP, have done so before renovation and afterwards and there's usually an older chap there, who is always so lovely, courteous and efficient.
Only go here for the new jet wash bays even though they are more expensive than others in the area. My reasoning for this is they are newer so don't mind... but each time I have visited and tried to clean my car something on the machine is missing. Last time no soap in the brush, this time no solution for the wheels. Went in side and spoke to the two chaps working both on phones explained that the wheel wash wasn't working to be told yes use it... I then explained that no solution was in the machine therefore I couldn't use it. No Sorry, no refund offered I won't be going back. 10 pounds to clean a car is a joke
