Standard fare for a remote location petrol station and shop. I only occasionally use it for petrol, and usually stop in for a hot drink when walking the dog when it’s colder.nnIt’s always clean and tidy. It seems to carry enough groceries for an emergency backup plan. It has twin Costa machines, so on the odd occasion one breaks down you still get your fix.nnThe toilets have always been clean but the hand dryer air was cold. One toilet is for disabled users, although anyone in a wheelchair might struggle to get past the aisles.nnStaff are usually friendly and efficient. More recently they have added a row of fast charging bays on the side of the forecourt.

Good parking, nice staff, toilets looked fab although cleaning rota woefully out of date BUT toilets were clean. Disabled out of order tho. Food good, sausages rolls good. Worth a stop.
Available Services Inc. Free ATM, Toilet, Microwave, Costa Express Machine, 24hr Fuel with 'Extra-long Hose', Collect+, Paypoint, Air/water, vacuum. Fair prices for a service station overpriced with some offers. Service assistant struggled to understand my small talk language barrier.
The toilets here are ..when open.. disgusting. People should be ashamed of themselves for.the state they leave them. When I asked the attendant to help today he closed the only working one of the two. I have stopped by here 4 times now the excellent charger and location to M5 being perfect ..but won't be back after today's 'last chance' shocker!
