They don’t even deserve this one star because the customer service of this place was a disaster, one 60 year old lady came from the back looking all confused and didn’t even serve their customers properly, telling people that I can’t buy a red bull even with ID was a shocking, M&S improve your employees I wouldn’t even employ her as a cleaner in my business. She needs a go home and have a rest.
Last week my friend, who is in her 80s, hurt her eye while in the shop and the staff were amazing. She was overwhelmed by how caring and helpful they were and asked me to write this review to thank them very much!
I went in to buy ready meals- 2 for £6. Also a rake awY flat white coffee. If you take your own cup/mug for hot drinks 50p is deducted from the cost. Good eh!
A series of unfortunate events: on Saturday 11th, while checking the spacensaver tyre oooh - potholes on my VW, I closed the door and the car locked with my keys inside.nOptions: a panic, b roadside assistance call out or ca 5+ hour round trip for family to bring the space key.nOption a panic - after explaining the sorry saga to a staff member and with heartfelt apologies for also blocking the facilities for their customers I expected a generic ‘oh dear’.nWhat was freely and quickly given was helpfulness barrier was speedily put in place and real kindness that coffee on a cold day for a stranded motorist was so generous and appreciated.nOption b after being at a standstill for 2 hours, we were soon on the road again.nSo THANK YOU to the BP staff member for your amazing customer service.
BP/M&S...Where you can buy all the ingredients for that last minute cheese and wine party, even a Colin the Caterpillar cake...but don't ever make the mistake of thinking 'services' will stock a replacement headlamp bulb! No wonder so many people are driving round the UK with one headlight working!
