Popped in here at 7am in the morning for the Wild Bean Cafe had a bacon bap and a coffee, it was the only place around to get a bit of breakfast at that time in the morning. It was OK. Good that they had toilet facilities. Could do with some inside seating.
This is a place were I used to fill up daily between 5am and 5.30 and with M&S foodstore I easily spent £20 every day BUT NOW OMG closed every day at that time cones over the entrance no wonder the food has reduced on it if you cannot get in to buy it will end up as waste. IS IT STAFF SHORTAGES???? CHANGE OF FRANCHISE ? OR JUST POOR MANAGEMENT. So its 19 October 2023 you can see from the picture the 24/7 BP / M&S outlet is closed. Oh there are plenty of staff there just more convenient for them to not have customers. This is simple the owners dont care about customers their work is done the have 2 great british retail brands joined together. MAYBE THOSE BRANDS SHOULD RECONSIDER THEIR ASSOCIATION BECAUSE IT HARMS THEIR CREDIBILITY AS A SERIOUS CONVENIENCE OPERATOR.nnNOW I CAN BE THIS SCATHING BECAUSE AFTER MY FIRST REVIEW A MATT OR MARK CALLED ME SAYING HE WAS MANAGER HE WAS UNAWARE OF THESE CLOSURES AT 5AM TILL ? BECAUSE HE STARTS AT 6. I TOLD HIM TO GET THERE EARLY. TUESDAY 17TH IT OPENED AT 5.35AM I THINK MARK/MATT WAS THERE IT WAS CHAOS AS A STAFF MEMBER TOLD ME COS WE JUST OPENED AND CUSTOMERS FLOCKED IN!!! FUNNY HOW BUSY YOU CAN BE WHEN OPEN.nnMARK/MATT QUESTION : WHY TELL ME UNTRUTHS YOU KNOW THEY CLOSE YOU LIED TO A GOOD CUSTOMER YOU SHOULD REVIEW YOUR POSITION AND HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME
We got to enjoy this station to the fullest during a convenient 3 hour car breakdown and fix. Thankfully it has a toilet, a bakery, coffee machine and staff patient to the wonders of an over-stimulated toddler running around their store to expend some energy. A well spent Sunday evening...
Well stocked shop, friendly staff. Manager Mark went over and above to help out when I had an EV charging problem.
Called into get coffees. Lady behind coffee counter told me to join main queue to pay for it. This I done being served immediately. Man behind counter called to her for two coffees, then she called back she’s cleaning and walked off. I regularly use this station to buy food . Never been treated so bad and this employee needs re education . Visited Friday evening 7.1.22
