Hi, I went to fill up my car there today 20/09/2025 @ 16:40 - pump number 2. I was having difficulties to fill up as the machine keeps cutting off. I then went inside the shop ask one of the young lady for help , small built with glasses on, and she was wearing high visibility jacket. She was not helpful at all and were very rude. She said to me , “ all our BP filling machines cut off time to time , it’s BP system, nothing else the staff can do.nShe was totally ignorant. I wish I could ask her name as her name badge were not visible. Anyway , she may had a bad day or she is very lazy. Either way she is not a pleasant person to talk. I will not recommend this shop to anyone. NEVER EVER.
Some staff here seem ignorant and lazy. I visit this garage twice a week. They can't even be bothered to throw so French stick in the oven for their customers. 3x this week I have been there for a French stick, for lunch/breakfast, being a mobile engineer being able to pick up essential from the garage at the bottom of my road is helpful. Unfortunately I've left with everytime, with nothing because there is not French stick so it's pointless buting anything else. I have been told, by staff, either they haven't been delivered, we might do some later at Sat/2pm & we're not making anymore today at Sat/1pm. Sounds like spill to me. They just can't be bothered to open a door and set a timer it would seem
Don't go here if you're trying to charge your Electric Vehicle. They have 2 charging units, one of which has been out of order for over a month. If you try going there during the day, you'll have at least an hour wait, possibly two, just to get onto a charger. If you go at 11.30pm like I just did, that will be the time that the supposedly 24hr garage will inexplicably decide to close, putting cones out so that you can't get in. Absolute rubbish for EV owners.
This BP is fooling people, putting up wrong prices and when you ask for the product they tell you a different price higher than the one you see, the blu Vape had £4.00 price tag but when scanned its shoots up to bloody 7 quid, extremely not satisfied. don't go there you'll get robbed.
A petrol station pretty standard but has a large shop there
