Excellent small fuel station with a well stocked shop. Toilets on site.
Well stocked shop and average fuel prices. Staff were friendly.
Because the weather was unpredictable in the North West with heavy snow predicted at the time I was there I decided to fill up at the nearest petrol station. However when I got there it was coned off!! We went to a local garden centre and rang the station for an update on the opening times. The phone was answered quickly and the reason it was closed was for an electrical inspection. This would take about an hour or so they would then re-open. We then decided to wait at the garden centre and maybe have a bite to eat. After we had eaten I again rang the petrol station and joy of joys it was open. The price per litre was reasonable.
On a trip back from Keswick we were in need of fuel for the long journey back to Stockport. The fuel was very well priced here Around £1.83 per liter and the cheapest I have seen in several months, so I took this chance to fill up my tank as the prices in the greater Manchester area are sometimes coming up to £2 per liter for diesel. The man who served me was very polite and made the whole transaction flow nicely. Would fully recommend if you are in the area and need fuel or snacks/drinks. 10/10
local to the area and was a regular visitor to the petrol station up till today.filled up yesterday and it was 140.9 for diesel..drove past today and it was 142.9.then no joke,I drove past at 2pm and they had put it up again to 143.9!!!twice in one day they put it up.absolutely unbelievable.will not be filling up here again Edit down to 1 star today.... Tuesday it was £158.9 Wednesday morning £160.9 Wednesday lunch £164.9!!!total crooks!! These higher prices are nothing but greed...shel just down the road is nearly 10p cheaper!!
Cheapest diesel since we left Sheffield mid August 2022 and we passed many filling stations along the way. Cheaper than the supermarkets in Kendal this week. We'll done for passing on the lowering cost of fuel unlike stations for tens of miles around. Had to queue so it shows lowering the price increases trade.
Decent petrol station with plenty of supply's close to Windermere & Ambleside. Fuel prices reasonable also. Friendly staff
The petrol here is amazing, it tastes so much better than supermarket brand. Lovely on chips
Small service station, although BP, the prices were the lowest in the area. Eg petrol 6p a litre cheaper than my local BP gge.
Always the most expensive fuel station in the area, saved 11p per litre filling up in Kendal. So the day after BP were in the news for their record first quarter profits this garage hiked their prices 6p per litre, they were 1.77.9 when I drove to Kendal yesterday, then just driven past this morning and its 1.83.9, plain profiteering.
