Staff can be a bit frustrating at times when working with the BP card / paying by card. Their machine works differently if you have a BP card or not, as well as if you pay by cash or not. I only figured this out after a few journeys, they get in a huff because they had to cancel the transaction and start again. It's not down to me to know how your till system works, nor is it down to me to explain the methods I'm using. You should ask me " do you have a BP card and are you paying by card".

It was a typical modern day garage come grocery shop ,
Ok and staff ok but no toilet available for customers
The grumpy miserable git that does late night twice I’ve been there and each time he gives me a whole interview about my id for a pack of skins, last time I went there he asked my DOB, address, post code and then took a look at my id and said he’s not serving me . All because I didn’t have my eyelashes on apparently I was “unrecognisable”, I never have any issues with any other shops, I think he picks and chooses who he wants to serve. I also gave him my bank card which had my full name on it and it still wasn’t enough for him.

Rude disgusting behaviour. Use there every week in my van Locked the door and started talking about me to another customer bald man I have a 7 hour drive and wouldn’t let me in for a coffee. Disgusting behaviour they need to sort there staff out in there
Always the first to raise prices at the pumps, always 3 to 4p a litre dearer than the competition . Are we still paying for their gulf of Mexico fiasco I wonder
My husband just went in to get petrol and was snapped at badly by the worker. When he asked her not to speak to him like that she retorted "it's people like you who are spreading covid" and then started talking about how her mother is in hospital. She is clearly under pressure but there is no need to speak to customers like this, we are all stressed, we all have loved ones we are worried about, in our case we have already lost family members. Suggest you ensure staff wellbeing is maintained.
