Member of staff seemed unable to understand that I’d paid using the app, spent 10 minutes not paying attention to what I told him while trying to manually add my fuel cost to the till!
Happy with the customer service and products they stock. Only complaint will be that the car wash it always has a problem either the payment system doesn't work or the washing system doesn't work.
Disgusting customer service and misleading not the first time this is second time with the same person .nnThis service station advertised that there car wash for 4.99 is half price on every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.but the person who was in the till today evening 18.30Christmas day was trying to sell that for full price to me.He asked me“did you buy any fuel“.”I said no fuel I need a half price car wash”.He immediately said “no half price car wash if you don’t buy any fuel”,he continuesly said if you want I can give that for full price or wash for 5.99 is also available . I was surprised and confused for a minute and just returned to my car as I didn’t wanted to have any more conversation with him also this is second time with that same person .nIt’s definitely a misleading and rude customer service .nI will definitely gonna take this to the relevant consumer authority. I believe that he shouldn’t have offered me his full price car wash which is advertised for half price because I didn’t fuel my car with them.They haven’t mentioned this terms and conditions anywhere.Also I think even if they have a problem to print a half price car wash ticket, it’s not my problem to buy their half price car wash by paying the full price. It’s ridiculous.
Went to use their air for my tyre rather than pumping it up it flattened my tyre. Went to talk to the staff who said it wasn’t his problem and laughed in my face. Not the first time the staff here has demonstrated inhumane rudeness
Pump wouldn’t work so went in to speak to the staff and he just stood laughing saying you haven’t put the pump back even though had done twice and it still would not work. He did nothing to help just found it amusing while serving a customer. Won’t be using this place again. Not the first time i have found them to be unhelpful/rude too.
