Staff are very rude in every way, they speak In their own language in front of customers, making you feel very uncomfortable.  The staffs hospitality is appalling, not as much as a glass of water was offered.  They look at each other when a customer asks for something. When I went to the fridge it was completely empty.  On the counter there was a pack of jam sponges on offer.  Unless your playing the roulette for hundreds of pounds do not consider attending this place. The plane is empty, dirty and the machines are useless.  This casino is being tasked about in other establishments.

I go to Boyles bingo I love the craic with Jim who calls the bingo and I love the CRC with friends in the bingo u make new friends in the bingo Diane is nice when she serves u at the counter and the toilets are clean love the new bathroom airfreshers who spray out and smells lovely but it is very dear the bingo if u can afford to go and I don't mind paying in for the CRC with the girls .I would love to see more of the free genies nites more often .I go along with my friends and I would like to see more selection of drinks and crisps and I can't eat chocolate so would love to see mixuos or pound sweets in a bag for more selection for allergic reaction people who can't have nuts or chocolate or strawberry's more food nites in the bingo and chapter nites with free genies or cheap books and genies like we had to nite they should run the free genie nites every nite this week

We went to play games last night and two Polish staff members had very very bad attitudes. We won't come back.

Poker machines very poor payout no loyalty to good paying customers with very rude staff..

This place is a bloody joke ...if you r wise keep ur money in your pocket..even the arcade is hard to win ...its all take take in their ..
