Absolutely awful experience from this company whose very high comparative fees could not compare with the service I received in Stewart’s solicitors. In retrospect I should have realised that appointments being readily available at short notice versus a few days wait in Stewarts solicitors was not a good sign. My matter was not overly complex and whilst the desired outcome was reached this was nothing to do with Paul Rice who represented me. He had no case knowledge whatsoever and did not appear to record our dialogue or have any recollection of issues discussed in previous appointments. He was unable to give me clear advice advising that he would ‘consider our discussion’ directing me to make another appointment (at significant cost) to hear his advice. Really what should have taken 2 appointments actually took 6. He was misleading from the outset about the fees and I would not recommend that anyone set foot near this place. I have also recently spoken to a colleague who used his firm for a house sale and paid over twice the cost she would have paid with another solicitor. IN SUMMARY AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
