The salesman I dealt with was very dominating!! I was actually put off by this He did not know enough about their products? Thankfully I got chatting to another salesperson Chris who knew exactly what I was after and was able to give me the good information that they did supply the door I was after But then I was directed to the original sales person But because a friend was very impressed by the work I went with this company They sent out two really hard working fritters who worked so very hard in such cold weather ,I must give them a great review!! I paid in full within an hour of the chaps leaving as I know they will sort any issues. None to date So to round this up !! Ask for Chris and expect a great survive One fritters name was Brian. I'm so sorry I forgot the other chaps name but both were very helpful
Happy to share our experiences from 2 days ago. Bowman Windows arrived on time…completed work… efficient, happy and courteous!! Job done. Would highly recommend!
We moved into a new build house on 20th Jan 2022, where the windows and external doors had been supplied, and apparently fitted, by Bowman. We had previously noticed when visiting our property in the lead up to moving in, that a window was broken and several doors and windows were missing the trim to finish them off.they had been like this for a couple of months, so what company, who values customer service, leaves their work unfinished? Granted a guy from Bowman came out the week we moved in, but he still left the broken window, untrimmed doors and external doors not sealed, and a poorly finished, and a lopsided piece of work.Several weeks later one of their employees, who was visiting the site, heard that I had problems and re-listed the required work necessary, and promised the remedial work would be completed within a week. Despite several phone calls, we are now into April, and the work remains undone. On this evidence, is this a company to be recommended.
We had windows installed by Bowmans 23 years ago and again in an extension 15 years ago and last week had french doors installed. Absolutely first class.!!We have never had one bit of bother. They left the place spotless clean we would highly recommend Bowmans.
Bowmans fitted windows in our house 15 years ago. They were back 3 times due to poor quality. The front door had to be replaced. They have now told us the window frames are bowed and need replaced. They said they have never seen this before but can do nothing as frames are now outside warranty. There are no structural issues with our house. Issue is poor fitting/quality of frames. Buy elsewhere.
Bowmans carried out work for Ballynahinch Methodist Church within the last few weeks.Excellent service and workmanship second to none.Job finished on time and premises left clean and tidy. Would highly recommend them.

Bowmans fitted front door back door and 6windows all excellant. ..tidy clean and so quick ....would highly reccomend them from start to finish nothing was too much trouble thanku so much for a grt job ....
Rob and Brian from Bowman Windows replaced the glass in several windows. They were clean and courteous workers and I would definitely use them again.
