A taste of home close to Dublin city centre. It’s authentic Asian food with a modern twist and great value. The added bonus is there are loads of different ingredients to choose from to really make the bowl your own. Personalize it whichever way you want! The bowl is full of flavor and I love a good fluffy rice. Now let’s talk about the dim sum dishes! I ordered prawn har gau and steamed pork & chive dumplings. The rice pastry for the har gau was the best I have ever tasted!!! The dumpling too. Soooo good!! Lastly, you got to save some room for dessert because their Macau style Portuguese tart is delicious! The filling is a lot less custard-y and more egg-y. I personally prefer this over the traditional Portuguese tart. Give it a try if you haven’t ever had it!! I could easy eat two or three.
What a little gem! I bought prawn dumplings and the prawn signature bowl. The food is great! Super fresh with lots of flavours. The staff are really friendly and make the atmosphere fun and comfortable. Thank you for a great time and great food!
Fantastic place, just off the top of O Connell Street, in Marlborough Street. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. It's got a great menu for Vegans as well as meat eaters. Friends who live nearby have eaten there and said the food was so delicious, plentiful, and of the highest standard. They eat there regularly, but I was in a hurry, so just had time to grab a coffee and a chocolate twist croissant. The fresh roast coffee latte is one of the best I have ever had. The croissant was so fresh, flakey and full of body & taste. The smell of the hot food was heavenly and other diners lunches looked so good and hearty, I will definitely be back again soon with friends. Inside was closed for seating because of current Covid restrictions, but it's beautiful, and very relaxing. They have a covered outside eating area, which was fine. Live this place, my new go to in the centre of town!
Delicious food. Fast delivery. Lovely little notes telling you to enjoy your food. Love this play. The bowls are fantastic. Bao buns are delicious. So much flavour. Keep up the good work guys.
Absolutely incredible flavours bursting with fresh interpretation of classic dishes. The Kimichi dumplings is the most surprising and exciting dish I have eaten this year. The menu is a build your own choice of rice or noodles. Aubergine, beef, pork, chicken or tofu do yourself a favour and opt for the aubergine and then a vast array of ingrediants and sauces. Happily there are a few suggested builds if you want someone else to do the work for you. Staff are super friendly and helpful.
Coffee and dumplings- fantastic way to start the day! Atmosphere of a coffee shop with the lovely aromas of Asian food.
I thought this concept worked really well as all of the individual components of the bowls are really good on their own, but put it all together and it's amazing! A great casual spot, the prices are pretty reasonable for lunch and I'm looking forward to tasting their custard tarts!
It's sort of an entry point into the Dublin China Town for the uninitiated, with dishes that still try to appease the non-chinese palette. The other restaurants in the street offer more genuine affair. Expensive compared to the rest.
Came here around 11. Vegan options available - that’s what drew me in : My choice: Fried tofu, Sechuan style Different serving style, quite interesting but sort of not obvious at first. Careful with the tray, your bowl might slip down. Otherwise: food quality really nice. Maybe more rice than veggies. Otherwise a decent place! Recommending for usual visits :
Went here for the second time today and was excited to try out the bowls and Bao. Staff was very friendly and was very prompt when we had some requests. The ambience inside is cute as always, with a wall with gorgeous bowls hung up. Bowl: I was excited for the Char Shu bowl, since the place is famous for bowls, but sadly, the dish was very bland. No amount of chilli oil, soy sauce or sriracha could make up for the bland taste of this dish. I’d not go back for this. Veg Tofu Bao: the Bao was soft and melting in the mouth. We wanted the pulled oats Bao, but because they were out, they made the Bao with tofu. The tofu however, did not taste nice. I’d go back to try the pork Bao, but not otherwise Coffee: My friend asked for an Extra Hot oat milk cappuccino, and while she got exactly that, the milk was burnt and coffee not drinkable. She literally took two sips and threw the coffee in the bin.
