Great car boot sale at Bowlee and a good place to have a clear out, as well as pick up some bargains. Open to sellers from 6am and buyers from around 6:30am onwards, each Sunday and on some Bank Holiday days too. Check the Rochdale council website for exact dates/openings. £15 for a stall as a buyer for a car on hard standing tarmac, although you may be on grass if it is busy and they’re out of room on the main part. £2.50 for parking as a buyer. Can get busy on the roads as you wait to get on but you’re soon moving and advice is to get early if you can. Entrances for buyers and sellers. Sellers enter via the first entrance on the left from the Rochdale/Heywood side with buyers queuing a bit further up towards Middleton/David Lloyd Leisure. Food & drink stalls a little on the pricey side for what you get but not much choice elsewhere. Toilets are available too.

Good carboot, but it could be better organised. They let sellers in and buyers in at the same time, so there no time to set up, and there are only 6 toilets for about 300 people.
Extremely busy up at 5am lots of sellers an car boot stalls such a cloudy day but it didn't rain busy car lane couldn't get on till 630 queues quite a few people an couple of food stalls doughnuts were good - only a couple of toilets could do with a few more as lots of queuing - alsorments of stalls selling all sorts of stuff grab a bargain while you can 7am - 1pm for buyers 530-630 sellers I think be early if selling an want a good spot
Turned into more of a market now, than a carboot. Such a shame. I'll rephrase - there was 80% market sellers, to 20% carboot sellers last time I went. Let's be honest nobody comes here mainly for the market sellers. The problem is, you're looking more like Smithfield market which is not a good thing.
Great car boot shame you have to pay £2.50 for parking as others are free but still a good selection of stuff.
Get here early enough and it’s great but the whole experience would be better is they had someone controlling traffic in and out of the site, if you have to filter into the car park from the opposite side of the road you’ve got no chance ! My advice would be to ensure you arrive on the correct side of the road so you can just drive in without blocking traffic. Also only a couple of toilets onsite so make sure your prepared to wait or not need one.
Great car boot £15 for car gets very busy get enough space to put your tables out, refreshment van on site but pricey
Had a great day selling some stuff that we needed to get rid of
First car boot here but I will definitely visit that place more often
