I had a couple of Bowen sessions with Melanie to help me with some long-term emotional blockages. I've tried many different things and they help in their own way. With Bowen, I had a significant shift that had never happened with the others. It's a really gentle yet strong therapy. It's unobtrusive but effective. Melanie is very loving and caring and I felt really safe and secure with her. Highly recommended.
Bowen Therapy truly is a revolutionary Body work and complementary therapy and the reason for that is not only because of its effectiveness but also because of its complete gentleness. Its ability to deal with a vast majority of painful conditions such as back pain, neck/shoulder pain, sciatica, joint pain, respiratory issues , digestive problems, stress, headaches and so on makes it undoubtedly an important and viable option when choosing a professional to go to for pain relief. After many years of lower back pain and sciatica myself i can honestly say that its non invasive approach and honouring of the bodies own ability to heal itself is what i know my own body needs and responds so well to.
