Needed updating and a good clean when I was there it's under New management hope it's going to be better now price has gone up.

Went there with the camper van . Pitch was flat hard standing . Amenities where very clean . Great value for money .

A 4 day family trip with the kids and our dog! Started off badly as I lost the keys to the roof box containing our suitcases!!! Not a problem for "Uncle Ken" as the camp owner affectionately became known to us! Nothing was too much trouble and the gentle ribbing helped us all relax into our mini holiday! The kids aged 6&2 felt safe and confident enough to take unaccompanied forays into the 'games room' which was a well stocked den of joy! We now have a pool & table footie mad 6 yr old!! The 2 yr old was kept entertained by the claw sweetie machine which was a generous benefactor and with a library containing Peppa Pig books her holiday was complete! Meanwhile our Springer loved the 'dog field' which he got to patrol twice a day ensuring the rabbit population were behaving!! This was such a clean & well maintained camp that I was a little paranoid about the dog but yet again the camp family were truly welcoming! Woody got treated to left overs, spare sausages and affectionate pats regularly! Angela & Hazel get a special mention for their wit & patients with us!! Our caravan although old was well maintained and comfortable! All slept well anyway!!! Mad Hatters restaurant was thoroughly tested!! With a fry up, dinner & Sunday roast to set us all up for our journey home! Even the fussy 6 yr old said "These roast potatoes are the best!" High praise indeed!!! So to round up! We loved it! A great location, with helpful, friendly staff and local residents, in a beautiful part of the country! What more could you ask? Oh can you pull us out of a ditch please? X
