Absolutely loved our stay, David made us very welcome and even upgraded our room. The facilities and the rooms were super clean and had everything we needed. Parking was easy on the side streets and from September to February you get free car parking at the golf museum. We will 100% be coming back in the future, 10 out of 10.Rooms: 5/5
A very cozy, spacious apartment. I have enjoyed my stay here very much. However note: there is no lift in those apartments, so prepare mentally to carry your bags on the first staircase. If you are on 2nd floor, oh boy, the stairs are steeper. I managed, however, and still enjoyed my stay. Location is perfect in middle of town.

This place is superb in every way. Welcome by manager Dawid was warm and informative. The apartments are even better than the photos and the photos look excellent! Evwrything lookd new and spotless. The apartment has been stocked with everything one could need and is very conveniently located in town. This is one of the best properties I have stayed at for any price. Truly top notch. Tried to book them in Edinburgh but unfortunately unavailable!
First class accommodation and welcome by David. We were a party of 4 couples staying in 2 apartments. Excellent location. Have been to St Andrew's many times. A favourite for us all. This was our first time at No 1 and we will definitely be back. Would not look anywhere else. David regularly enquired if there was anything he could do for us. Nothing was a problem.

We stayed in a superior 1 bed apartment no 15 for 2 nights and would highly recommend it. The apartment is lovely with a very modern lounge area, kitchen and bathroom great shower and was pristine throughout. The bedroom was smallish but the bed was huge and very comfortable. There is a shared seated courtyard outside the apartments which is private and great for good weather. The location of the apartments is perfect. A few minutes walk to the shops and restaurants and 5 mins to the beach. Free parking on the street across the road heading out of town. Booking direct gave a 5% discount for 1 night but read all details as you get 12% discount for 2 nights and 15% I think discount for 3 nights. A good saving. You also get a free bottle of Prosecco on arrival. It wasn’t there when we arrived but an email resolved this very quickly. Thank you to George for sorting this. There is a key code to enter the apartment blocks but this is not activated until 3pm so you can’t get in earlier unless you pay for early entry. On the Friday night there was some noise and loud music from a group of men who were staying above us which was a bit annoying. However this didn’t take away from a lovely 2 night break. We will definitely return and recommend these apartments to friends. Great find
Can't honestly beat the No1 Apartments, we have been twice in two different apartments and the facilities, cleanliness and equipment provided is very hard to beat. I get this place is expensive but you get what you pay for. Nearby activities: Old course is 10 minute walk from the No1 Apartments. Beach is a 15 minute walk. Shops and bars are less than 5 minute walk depending if you going somewhere specific. Walkability: The location is key at No1 Apartments, Market street is on your doorstep, and every pub, bar and restaurant is easily walkable. Wi-fi: Wi fi was reliable and fast broadband, no problems. Food & drinks: Every pub, bar and restaurant is easily walkable under 5 mins. Noteworthy details: Book tables ahead if you want to go for dinner anywhere we missed out on a few and want to come back and try them out.
I had the most wonderful stay at the apartments this week. These apartments are stunning, spacious and very well located. Can’t wait for my next visit to St Andrews!Rooms: 5/5
Lovely building with sitting garden areas. High end furnishings and grey toned decor. Very central for restaurants and shops. Highly recommend.Rooms: 5/5
