A brilliant concert by Crowded House. A great venue to see live music. Good location and very accessible. Staff are really friendly and helpful. The flat fee parking charge of £11 is a rip off, where most other places offer more reasonable parking charges after 6.00pm. Of course having a car park at the venue is very convenient, especially in bad weather.
A brilliant concert by Australian Pink Floyd. BUT SPOILT BY CONSTANT BACK & FORTH TO THE TOILETS AND BAR BY SO MANY PEOPLE.nWhy when it's only an hour each half.nSelling 2 pint glasses of beer is ridiculous.nThe BIC seems to be more interested in profits from Alcohol than the actual show.nOther theatres close the bar during performances and if you leave you are not allowed to return until the break.nEveryone around us felt the same.nSorry I loved the show but will not be returning to the BIC.
First time visit. The staff were excellent and extremely helpful. Couple of let downs, is the interior needs updating and the seats are very hard. Considering the prices charged for a venue similar to London Prices, we did expect better quality seating. Also the car park next door is great however, again prices are extortionate similar to Central London prices. Not enough payment machines which resulted in long queues including half an hour to get the car out too!! On a positive, the show by the Strictly Come Dancing Professionals was excellent. Although I rarely watch it on TV, I thoroughly enjoyed it, but it was really for the Wife!
Lovely place right in the hart of Bournemouth lots of great acts to see good access and wonderful staff I was there 7 September for the brick fest was awesomenLots of disabled access so not an issue therenHowever the multi story carpark is a nightmare increadably expensive and dangerus too I damaged my car on the way in and way out as the entrance and exit are far to small with no decent approach and the kerbs inside are ridiculous high in my option park else where there is much cheaper and better parking
First time we are visiting an event at the BIC. Loved it. Astonishing visual effects, good visibility of the stage even though our seats were the furthest, sound was really good too. Staff were really helpful and proffessional. Parking is a bit expensive but that can not ruin our whole impression of that whole experience seeing a great band like Madness on their 2023 tour.
