Sun is out, sky is blue so it was the perfect time to wander around the upper and lower gardens. Nice and peaceful atmosphere clean walkways with people of all ages enjoying the sun and ambience. It's certainly nice to have this piece of green in the town centre.

The aviary birds and the squirrels and gardens are a great attraction, top marks to the council and their workers
Great place for a walk and don't forget to bring some nuts for the many squirrels
It is beautiful here and I love feeding the squirrels nuts, they sometimes come and take them out of your hand! It is a lovely walk and me and my fiancé go nearly everyday.
Sadly we went over the Christmas period and it lacked the festive seasonal flair, other than a few laser lights. We were hoping for some emotional spiritual lift. There was not much going.
I visited the picnic in the park deli take away cafe. It was lovely with perspex screens to keep out the cold even though actually sitting outside. Be aware, the picture of an open fire is not a real fire! Still worth a stop in though
Great colours this time of year. Very tranquil and when the weather is nice, you can have a moment looking at the wonderful flowers and plants. I enjoy visiting here very much!
