All I needed was a new blade cut for my central locking fob and , within 5 minutes, there it was! Everyone was so polite and helpful, 100% recommended to anyone who needs car key cutting.

Came in to get a new key and fix existing key. Price was reasonable, On collection I was told that new keys built, but informed that my car would not now lock, even though it could lock manually prior to bringing in the car. Was told to go and visit an auto electrician and the business assumed no blame in the issue, or offer to help resolve it. Company gave me a number to call, it appeared that fault was being placed with me, even though this wasn't the case. Had to leave with a car that was presumed in a worse condition than when I left it, and the potential extra bill to the car would be mine alone to deal with. It transpires that it wasn't an auto electrical issue as claimed, the rear window on the boot hadn't been shut properly, so the car wouldn't lock - an error message appeared on the dashboard highlighting this. A plausible mistake to make, if unaware of the car set-up, however the instant dismissal of blame, trying to apportion it back on to me, left a bad tone on the what was otherwise a good experience.

Great service great staff my replacement key was cut for my golf mk 6 in just over 20 minuets I had my dog with me who was looked after with a bowl of water whilst I enjoyed a cup of coffee Really recommend Bournemouth Car Key Company thank you for a great service

My experience with the Bournemouth Car Key Company has been first class. From Phil who answered the phone and was the first person that I saw, to Andrei who carried out the work and the lovely Lucy who made me a nice cup of tea!! Everyone was polite and courteous. Thank you.
