Went in today to have the inside and outside of my car washed. Once I got back in the car I noticed that my inside mirror was broken, straightaway I went to discuss management and I was absolutely shocked by their response. First of all, management refused to even leave the office to see the car and the damage. Secondly, the woman behind the desk blamed me for the incident she claimed that the car must have been so dirty inside that I didn't notice the broken mirror. Lastly, to top off her horrific behaviour she physically turned round in her seat to have her back to me to no longer acknowledge my existence so that I would leave the office. I didn't ask for money but only wanted someone to accept fault and at the very least say sorry. I am absolutely horrified in their lack of basic human decency and appalled on how they treat paying/ regular customers. Avoid this car wash as you'll end up costing yourself more in mechanics trying to fix their mess.Service: Vacuuming
Terrible, 2 minutes wash, 1 minute vaccuning, left dirt on the seats, didn't clean the boot, didn't bother to clean the car properly, guy smoking inside my car while cleaning, for £20 pounds I expected much more then 3 minutes in and out, not good, I won't be using their services again.

Incredibly unprofessional and rude service! It is a shame that whenever I visit them I think this time I will have a better experience but they have such a consistency to let me down. There was a newly recruited young fella and he tried to clean some dirty parts again when he heard my complaint but others rudely asked me to go. I paid £25 for a decent inside and outside so what this anger is all about if a customer is unhappy due to detecting possibly quick hovering and dirty floor. Anyways I still left the place not to discuss more but I am definitely not happy for the service. For the same money, there are mobile car wash service around or maybe I can use the guys in Cockfosters next time. I would not recommend anyone to use this car wash service in Palmers Green.
Second time I have used this car wash. 1st time paid for clean inside and out. Bad job inside, had to go over myself at home. 2nd time, outside wash, done really quickly and not clean at all. Had baby and child with me so didn’t get to check while I was there. Not even dead flies/blood removed. Very bad service. I won’t be using again. Cost £10 for outside wash, waste of money.
Best car wash in the area. Very good and quick service. Good deals for taxi and mini cabs vehicles. Lowest prices compared to the other car washes around.
I have been here three times, I was extremely disappointed the first time and went again as a last resort. They do a good job of washing the car but a poor job with the finish. They essentially just dry the car with damp clothes, no polish to make your car shine. I don't drive a flashy car by any means but I'd expect my car to be cleaned the same way a flashy car is... you watch how they clean the flashy cars and there is a massive difference...Hub caps are polished to a shine, on mine they are still dirty. £20 for a wash and dry is in my opinion a rip off. I understand they have to get through a fair amount of cars so I wouldn't expect them to spend hours cleaning my car, but I would expect a far better cleaning experience and some care to be taken with my non-flashy car as the flashy cars they clean. I wouldn't recommend going here at all unless you want a very basic wash and dry done... next time I will either do it myself which I genuinely don't mind doing as I find it quite cathartic or will go to my usual car wash where I have never been disappointed. I have given two stars because the car was cleaned and when I asked them to use a water repellent on my windows which I provided they duly did so

Worst car wash i have ever been into! I have used it twice! 1st in january 2019 and horrible washedi have paid 25 for mini valet but they tought i dont know what that is-also gave to the guys 2 x 6 packs drinks becouse it was before Christmas 1 week and 2nd time just in the last weekend23rd of nov 2019! Guys!!! What the hell!? I pay 15.00£ for what!? I will attach some photos,but wheels unvleaned,insife is a mess,door shuts a mess...cant describe what a bad car wash is this!
