I have used the new booking system today for the first time and couldn’t fault it. Within five minutes of submitting my queries I received a text back. The system is very easy and straight forward even for someone who is not very tech savvy.
Called at 9am today, option 2, I was number 1 in the queue. 40 mins later I was still number 1 in the queue! Lost the will and hung up. Is there anybody staffing this line?nI called back 5 mins later and went straight through to one of the team which would suggest there is a problem with the call handling system. I will rate 5* the secretary that I finally spoke to.
This GP Surgery is amazing. Didn’t believe for a moment that we could better the one we left behind after 40 years in Buckinghamshire. Doctors/Nurses/Receptionists have been wonderful to us since moving over a year ago.
In the past I've received results of a blood test that never actually took place from the receptionist over the phone!! As for recently well, unable to order repeat prescriptions as the option is unavailable, they haven't updated my NHS file with my current prescriptions so can't order them from there, no option to contact them online and the emergency line is unwilling to help. Let's hope I don't have any issues I guess as this is wholly unprofessional and boardline gross misconduct.
Cant get an appointment and fed up with waiting on the phone for 111 so looks like i’ll be having to take a tip over to Johnsons hospital at spalding for Suspected RSI in my thumb what an absolute joke
