It’s a one stop shop for all you need to make your house a comfortable home. They have everything from kitchen to bathroom to bedroom to living room, in fact, everything!
Good choice of items including clothing, bedding, handbags, suitcases, footwear plus kitchen and bathroom items all at a good price. There's also a newly opened perfume shop When all your shopping is done take a well earned rest and enjoy a coffee and cake in the cafe.
I am not a regular here but do go for certain items as it is very close. I do however always get our bed linen here as they have a very good selection and very high quality products at about a third of the price that one would get in a department store. This time I was looking for a new set of bed linen and was helped by the wonderful Ms Stephenson who took time to work out exactly what I wanted and showed me the product and compared with the alternatives. Extremely happy with my purchase and was also assisted at the checkout by another long term employee - who dealt with my ineptitude in getting my account out password needed changing and was friendly and helpful at all times. I have noticed that all the staff I have dealt with at the store have always been helpful and usually full of smiles, often despite a large number of customers. I would thoroughly recommend this establishment. I do buy menswear at times here though I tend to steer away from overtly branded goods. Parking is easy and it is close to the A19 so easy to get too. Definite 5*
What a refreshing change it was visiting at the store. The staff are beyond helpful. You can find everything you want. A good price is lovely clean well ordered store but the staff make this place to visit. It’s been a lot of years I’ve received lovely customer service a credit to the company

Very pleasant shopping experience with a good range of products, often at discounted prices. Lots of floor staff on hand if required and plenty of staff at the tills to minimise waiting times. The cafe is fine for grabbing a coffee and something light to eat but doesn't offer anything substantial and can get quite busy.
Outstanding shopping experience. Well laid out shop with plenty of room to move around , good quality goods at reasonable prices especially when sales are on with an extra 10% off offer too. Nice restaurant to relax in after shopping. Lovely helpful friendly staff to help with all you need
Good selection, ideal for middle aged and older men and women. Good selection of housewares, crockery etc. Lovely wedding gift or house warming presents. Good outdoor clothing selection. Selection of suitcases on offer at hhe moment.
Always a good place for shopping and enjoying a cup of coffee with family. Great deals on branded items and you may get 10% off and other offers as well. Ample parking spaces including disabled-friendly ones staff members are very friendly and helpful.
